We use sets of authorisation codes when withdrawing credits, rares or taking out Loans. This means even if your account is accessed by somebody else, you will always be protected.
It is ultimately always your responsibility to keep your Habbo account safe. We do offer protection, however this will only be used if we deem the loss accidental, and un-inflicted.
